（中外新闻社小记者 桂海明 林承叡 曲知临 罗梓铭 练奕辰）印度尼西亚为东南亚国家，由上万个岛屿组成，是全世界最大的群岛国家，疆域横跨亚洲及大洋洲，别称“千岛之国”。 对于中国人民而言，印尼并不是一个陌生的国家。70年前的万隆会议上，“和平共处五项原则”因中国时任总理周恩来的倡导而诞生，并从印尼走向世界。
Indonesia, a Southeast Asian nation which has tens of thousands of islands, is the world's largest archipelago, spanning both Asia and Oceania. It is often referred to as the “Land of a Thousand Islands.” For the Chinese people, we are very familiar with Indonesia. 70 years ago at the Bandung Conference, the “Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence” were born through the advocacy of Zhou Enlai, then Premier of China, and spread from Indonesia to the world.
2月5日下午：“见证友谊” --中国中外新闻社小记者2026寒期如期采访印尼驻华公使艾菲女士，并与其进行友好交流，中外新闻社总编辑韦燕主持采访活动，艾菲公使给每一位小记者准备一份水果，在采访的会议厅里，大家觉得很温暖。
On the afternoon of February 5th,“Witness Friendship”2026 Winter Home and Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation interviewed with the Minister Counselor of Indonesian Embassy in China Ms. Nur Evi Rahmawati and engaged in friendly exchanges. President Wei Yan of Home and Abroad News Press hosted the interview event. Minister Evi prepared tropical fruit cups for all junior journalists, creating a warm atmosphere in the embassy conference room.
艾菲在会见中高度评价中国中外新闻社小记者的外交风范，小记者在采访中发挥了专业水准。有小记者问：“尊敬的公使您好！您是一位资深外交官。你认为：中印两国青少年，将如何传承中印建交76年来的宝贵友谊？谢谢!”
During the interview, Ms. Nur Evi Rahmawati highly commended the diplomatic manners demonstrated by the junior journalists, noting their professional standards during the interview. A junior journalist asked: “Dear Minister Counselor, You are a senior diplomat. In your opinions, how should the youth of China and Indonesia to carry forward the precious friendship over the 76 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries? Thank you!”
艾菲回答，首先我要告诉你们印尼是一个什么样的国家？印度尼西亚，简称“印尼”，与巴布亚新几内亚、东帝汶和马来西亚等国家相接。是全世界最大的群岛国家，被誉为“千岛之国”。印尼人口2.76亿，是世界第四人口大国。两国青少年是祖国的未来，两个国家的青少年需要不断的加强沟通，才能够让我们两国之间宝贵的友谊得到增长。还有我们两国之间的合作关系，就像今天在座的小记者能够来到印度尼西亚使馆一样，面对面的交流，这个也是属于文化交流的一部分。通过这样的活动，我们每一个学生都能够了解印度尼西亚的国家的状况，包括印尼的学校。
Ms. Nur Evi Rahmawati replied: “Firstly, let me tell you what kind of country Indonesia is. Indonesia shares borders with Papua New Guinea, East Timor, and Malaysia. It is the world's largest archipelago nation, hailed as the ‘Land of a Thousand Islands’. With a population of 276 million, Indonesia ranks as the world's fourth most populous country. The youth of both nations represent our countries' futures. Only through continuous communication can we deepen the precious friendship between our two nations. Furthermore, the cooperative relationship between our countries, as exemplified by the junior journalists here today visiting the Indonesian Embassy for face-to-face exchanges, is itself a vital part of cultural exchange. Through such activities, every student gains insight into Indonesia's national landscapes and its educational institutions.
有小记者问：你好尊敬的公使，刚刚过去的2025年，是中国与印度尼西亚的重要时刻：中印建交75周年、印尼独立80周年、万隆会议召开70周年，三个重要的历史节点在这一年汇聚。请您谈谈当今的印尼在人才方面还有哪些需求？谢谢！
Another junior journalist asked: “Dear Minister, the year 2025 marked a significant milestone in China-Indonesia relations: the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Indonesia, the 80th anniversary of Indonesia's independence, and the 70th anniversary of the Bandung Conference. These three pivotal historical events converged in this year. Could you please share Indonesia's current needs in terms of talent development? Thank you!”
“人才太需要了。”艾菲谈到，高级管理人才、工程师、双语人才等高端人才仍然稀缺，现在需要900万电子人才，还有绿色科技的领域，印度尼西亚是非常注重环保的，这方面需要更多的人才投入到这个绿色科技领域里。同时与本地知名高校如印尼大学、万隆理工学院等建立合作关系培养人才。
“We desperately need talent.” Ms. Nur Evi Rahmawati noted that high-level talent such as senior executives, engineers, and bilingual professionals remains scarce. Currently, there is a demand for 9 million electronics professionals, and Indonesia places significant emphasis on environmental protection in the green technology sector, requiring more talent to be invested in this field. Simultaneously, partnerships with renowned local universities like the University of Indonesia and Bandung Institute of Technology are being established to cultivate talent.

“Dear Minister Counselor, the “Celebrating Chinese New Year: China-Indonesia Friendship Storytelling Event” was held in Beijing 6 days ago. Six speakers from diverse fields shared their personal experiences covering collaborative themes such as the High-Speed Rail project, China-Indonesia maritime cooperation, digital people-to-people exchanges, and transnational cultural dissemination. The event showcased rich cultural heritage and distinctive characteristics. Could you please elaborate on the cultural and educational cooperation between China and Indonesia? Thank you!”
艾菲公使说，教育合作方面：为了吸引国际学生来印尼留学，印尼设有印尼政府奖学金和发展中国家伙伴奖学金（KNB）。印尼政府奖学金向所有来自与印尼拥有外交关系国家的学生提供学习印尼语、印尼艺术、音乐和手工艺的资助。申请人可在印尼境内45所高校中选择就读院校。该奖学金由印尼教育部和印尼外交部联合设立。奖学金覆盖范围包括住宿费、生活费、研究费和购书费、健康保险、来回国际机票等。目前有500多名中国学生正在印尼学习理工、教育、印尼语言文学、医学等专业。
Ms. Nur Evi Rahmawati stated that regarding educational cooperation: To attract international students to study in Indonesia, the Indonesian government offers the Indonesian Government Scholarship and the Developing Countries Partnership Scholarship (KNB). The Indonesian Government Scholarship provides funding for students from all countries with diplomatic relations with Indonesia to study Indonesian language, arts, music, and crafts. Applicants may select from 45 higher education institutions across Indonesia. This scholarship is jointly administered by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Coverage includes accommodation, living expenses, research and book allowances, health insurance, and round-trip international airfare. Currently, over 500 Chinese students are pursuing studies in Indonesia across disciplines such as science and engineering, education, Indonesian language and literature, and medicine.

Ms. Nur Evi Rahmawati noted that tourism is a major industry in Indonesia, and the country's tourism sector is currently undergoing a critical phase of transformation with robust growth momentum. The World Economic Forum's 2024 Travel and Tourism Development Index report shows Indonesia's tourism sector has climbed 14 places since 2019, ranking second among Southeast Asian nations. This robust performance is underpinned by strong government support. Indonesia's curated attractions showcase the nation's rich cultural and natural beauty. Experience history at Prambanan Temple, hike to viewpoints on Padar Island, and witness sunrise atop the mighty Mount Bromo. Traverse this archipelago from Bali and Java to the iconic Komodo National Park. Explore Indonesia's premier destinations, from sacred temples to massive volcanic landscapes, and immerse yourself in the journey.
采访结束，艾菲公使感谢小记者们选择印度尼西亚国家作为采访国，她邀请每一位小记者到印尼旅游观光，此前小记者们在大使馆饶有兴趣的体验了印尼的各种乐器，对印尼文化很感兴趣，看到艾菲公使特别挤出时间和小记者们交流，小记者们好感动，公使还欣然为小记者们签名留念，在合影环节，宾主双方兴高采烈的为中印友谊点赞。
At the end of the interview, Minister-Counselor Nur Evi Rahmawati expressed gratitude to the junior journalists for selecting Indonesian Embassy as one of their interview destinations. She extended an invitation to each junior journalist to visit Indonesia for tourism. Earlier, the junior journalists had enthusiastically experienced various Indonesian musical instruments at the embassy, showing great interest in Indonesian culture. Seeing Minister-Counselor Nur Evi Rahmawati make special time to interact with them deeply moved the young journalists. The Minister gladly signed autographs for the junior journalists. During the group photo session, everyone enthusiastically celebrated the friendship between China and Indonesia.
