（中外新闻社小记者 阳思怡 练奕辰 李静娴 林承叡 朱思宇）中俄互办青年友好交流年对促进两国青年的相互交流、相互来往、相互认识, 对中俄两国之间加强交流、达成互信非常重要, 这也是双方发展经贸合作的基础。 作为邻国, 两国之间有着相似的发展进程, 有很多相似的问题可以合力解决。 俄罗斯同中国一样正进行教育改革, 而这就需要两国青少年多多交流。2月3日下午, 中外新闻社2026寒假小记者团如约采访俄罗斯驻华大使馆参赞兼俄罗斯联邦独联体事务、俄侨和国际人文合作署驻华代表处负责人、北京俄罗斯文化中心主任吴丹娜女士, 小记者们再次感受到：中俄关系稳如泰山坚如磐石。
The China-Russia Youth Friendship Exchange Year is crucial for promoting mutual understanding, exchanges, and interactions among young people from both nations. It also strengthens communication and builds mutual trust between China and Russia, serving as a foundation for developing economic and trade cooperation. As neighboring countries, both nations share similar developmental trajectories and face many comparable challenges that can be addressed collaboratively. Russia, like China, is currently undergoing educational reforms, making enhanced exchanges between young people from both countries essential. On the afternoon of February 3rd, 2026 Winter Home and Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation had the honor of interviewing with the Counselor at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in China, Head of the Representative Office for the Commonwealth of Independent States and Rossotrudnichectvo in China, the Director of the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing Ms. Tatiana Urzhumtseva. The junior journalists once again felt that China-Russia relations are as stable as mountains and as solid as rocks.
当天下午3:00, 小记者们列队走进俄罗斯文化中心, 吴丹娜参赞正在高兴地迎接小记者们, 小记者一一向吴丹娜参赞新年问候。吴丹娜说：“亲爱的小记者朋友们, 大家好！欢迎你们到俄罗斯文化中心采访。今年是中俄两国建交77周年, 在此背景下, 中俄两国举办了丰富多彩的文化交流活动, 进一步释放了文化合作潜力, 增进人文与地方交流, 共同开创了中俄合作的新未来。”
At 3:00pm, the junior journalists entered the Russian Cultural Center. Counselor Tatiana Urzhumtseva warmly welcomed everyone, and each junior journalist extended Chinese New Year greetings to her. She said: “Dear junior journalist friends, hello everyone! Welcome to the Russian Cultural Center! This year marks the 77th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Russia. In this special occasion, our two nations have hosted a rich array of cultural exchange activities, further unlocking the potential for cultural cooperation, enhancing people-to-people and local exchanges, and jointly forging a new future for China-Russia collaboration.”
聆听完参赞介绍, 小记者们一一向参赞介绍自己：我叫什么？来自哪个城市、哪所学校读书？我喜欢什么？我的特长？每一个小记者表示, 希望在成为两国青少年交流的友好使者。接着吴丹娜参赞请小记者观看俄罗斯宣传片, 丰富的俄罗斯文化给小记者们留下深刻的印象。
After listening to her introduction, the junior journalists introduced themselves one by one to the counselor: What is my name? Which city and school do I come from? What do I like? What are my special skills? Each junior journalist expressed their hope to become a friendship ambassador for youth exchanges between the two countries. Counselor Tatiana then invited the junior journalists to watch a promotional video about Russia, and the rich Russian culture left a deep impression on them.

In the interview session, a junior journalist asked: “Dear Counselor Tatiana, it is our honor to have this interview with you today. As a diplomat radiating beauty and wisdom, you are the Director of Russian Cultural Center in Beijing. Your diplomatic career is truly impressive. In your opinions, how should the youth of China and Russia carry forward the precious friendship cultivated over the 77 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two nations? Thank you!”
“非常感谢你们的亲切问候和提的这个重要问题。在中俄建交77周年之际, 思考青少年如何接好友谊接力棒, 确实对我们双边关系的未来至关重要。我认为, 传承这份友谊的关键, 在于将宏大的"国家叙事"转化为青少年能够感知、理解和参与的"生活叙事"与"共同记忆"。这不仅仅是铭记历史, 更是共创当下、共绘未来。”吴丹娜参赞说。
“Thank you very much for your kind greetings and this important question. As we mark the 77th anniversary of China-Russia diplomatic relations, reflecting on how young people can carry forward the torch of friendship is indeed crucial for the future of our bilateral ties. I believe the key to passing on this friendship lies in transforming grand “national narratives” into “life narratives” and “shared memories” that young people can perceive, understand, and participate in. This is not merely about remembering history, but about co-creating the present and co-shaping the future.” said Counselor Tatiana.
“对于所有希望为中俄友谊注入新活力的青少年, 我想分享三个关键理念：首先是, 保持好奇与主动：不要等待机会, 要积极寻找机会。看对方国家的电影, 读他们的小说, 学唱他们的歌, 甚至尝试结交来自该国的笔友或网友。每一次主动探索, 都是在为友谊大厦添砖加瓦。我们正好在开展这样一个活动, 通过这个海报, 你们可以在莫斯科找到朋友。”吴丹娜参赞推介小记者积极参加这个活动。
“For all young people who wish to inject new vitality into China-Russia friendship, I would like to share three key concepts: Firstly, maintain curiosity and initiative: don't wait for opportunities, but actively seek them out. Watch films from the other country, read their novels, learn their songs, and even try making pen pals or online friends from that nation. Every proactive exploration adds another brick to the edifice of friendship. We are currently running a campaign through this poster; you can find new friends in Moscow.” c encouraged the junior journalists to actively participate in this activity.

“Secondly, pursue depth and understanding: go beyond superficial knowledge. After appreciating ballet and matryoshka dolls, why not read Pushkin's poetry and explore the similarities and differences in how both nations' literatures interpret “homeland” and “hero”? Deep understanding breeds profound respect. Follow our center's social media, where you'll find many fascinating insights about Russia. Thirdly, embrace communication and responsibility: You are not only learners of culture but also its ambassadors. Introduce Chinese calligraphy to your Russian friends, or share China's festive traditions with them. When you dare to share experiences and courageously serve as bridges of communication, you become worthy inheritors of friendship.” Counselor Tatiana answered the junior journalist.

“Dear Tatiana, On May 15, 2025, an event celebrating the 100th anniversary of Russian people-to-people diplomacy was held in Beijing. In your speech, you stated that “Culture and education are the ‘golden bridge’ connecting Russia and China.” Could you please elaborate your saying? Thank you!” asked by another junior journalist.
“对这个比喻的理解是：坚固与珍贵（"金"）：正如黄金是珍贵、耐腐蚀的金属, 人文交流也为人民之间的关系打造了最坚固、最持久和最宝贵的基础。连接两岸（"桥"）：桥能跨越障碍。我们的“金桥”不是单向的文化输出, 而恰恰是相互的交流、对话与丰富。这正是成为这座"金桥"的支柱。为了印证我的话, 我想给你们赠送一本书, 这本书系为纪念俄罗斯文坛巨匠伊万·谢尔盖耶维奇·屠格涅夫诞辰200周年而创作, 由俄中两国的专家团队共同完成。”
“My understanding of this metaphor is as follows: Solidity and Preciousness (‘Gold’): Just as gold is a precious, corrosion-resistant metal, cultural exchanges forge the most solid, enduring, and valuable foundation for relations between peoples. Connecting Both Sides (“Bridge”): Bridges overcome obstacles. Our ‘Golden Bridge’ is not a one-way cultural export, but rather mutual exchange, dialogue, and enrichment. This is precisely what forms the pillars of this ‘Golden Bridge’. To illustrate my point, I would like to present you with a book created to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev, a giant of Russian literature. This work was jointly completed by a team of experts from both Russia and China.”
吴丹娜参赞随即把一本为纪念俄罗斯文坛巨匠伊万·谢尔盖耶维奇·屠格涅夫诞辰200周年出版的书赠送给小记者团, 韦燕总裁代表接受。
Counselor Tatiana presented a commemorative book marking the 200th anniversary of Russian literary giant Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev to the junior journalist delegation. President Wei Yan accepted it on their behalf.
有小记者问：您好吴丹娜参赞, 您是一位优秀的外交官也是一个好妈妈, 请问：您是怎么教育你的孩子的？他们长大后也会像你一样成为外交官吗？您作为俄罗斯驻华文化外交官, 请你谈谈您对中国的印象。谢谢！
Another junior journalist asked: “Dear Tatiana, you are an outstanding diplomat and a good mother. How are you educating your own children? Will they grow up to become a diplomat like you? As a Russian diplomat in China, please share your impressions of China. Thank you!”
“你称我为‘好妈妈’, 这让我感到非常高兴, 这份认可与我的外交成就同样重要。”吴丹娜参赞谈到。
“You called me a ‘good mother,’ and that makes me very happy. This recognition is just as important to me as my diplomatic achievements!” said Counselor Wu Danna.
“我在子女教育方面的理念是：教育的首要目标是培养开放、善良和独立思考的人, 而非预先设定职业路径。因此, 我鼓励孩子们从小保持对世界的好奇心, 学习尊重和理解不同文化, 并勇于表达自己的见解。真正的"外交"才能不仅展现在国际舞台上, 也体现在日常生活中每一次跨文化交流和共情之中。我很欣慰地看到, 尽管他们最终并未选择外交官职业, 但他们所受的教育深刻影响了他们的职业和生活。在各自的领域, 无论是科学、艺术还是商业, 他们都成为了出色的"民间外交官", 这让我无比自豪, 也印证了我的信念：人文素养是比任何具体的职业头衔都更为宝贵的财富。”
“My philosophy on children's education is this: the primary goal of education is to cultivate open-minded, kind, and independent thinkers, not to predetermine career paths. Therefore, I encouraged my children from a young age to maintain curiosity about the world, learn to respect and understand different cultures, and have the courage to express their own views. True ‘diplomatic’ skills are not only demonstrated on the international stage but also in every instance of cross-cultural communication and empathy in daily life. I am heartened to see that although they ultimately did not pursue diplomatic careers, their education profoundly shaped their professional and personal lives. In their respective fields, whether science, art, or business, they have become outstanding ‘civilian diplomats.’ This fills me with immense pride and reaffirms my conviction: humanistic literacy is a far more valuable asset than any specific professional title.”

Counselor Tatiana’s answers seemed to give us a vivid lesson on “family affection”. We sensed her maternal warmth beyond her professional duties. Each of us presented her with New Year gifts from our hometowns, wishing her smooth work and life in China, along with happiness and good health!
采访结束, 中外新闻社小记者朱思宇现场表演拉丁舞 《Double Take》、练奕辰小提琴演奏 《新疆之春》, 吴盈灿三江民歌《侗家姑娘爱唱歌》, 音乐中的春天, 心灵的共鸣, 有着深厚的文化底蕴和丰富多彩的民俗风情, 赢得了俄罗斯外交官阵阵掌声。一时间: 歌声、笑声、音乐声、赞扬声、掌声回荡在俄罗斯文化中心, 小记者们挥动中国、俄罗斯两国旗, 欢呼: 中俄友谊万岁!
Following the interview, junior journalist Zhu Siyu performed the Latin dance “Double Take”, Lian Yichen played the violin piece “Spring in Xinjiang” and Wu Yingcan sang the folk song “Dong Girl Loves to Sing”. The spring in the music and the resonance of hearts, rich in cultural heritage and vibrant folk customs, earned warm applause from the Russian diplomats. For a moment, the Russian Cultural Center echoed with singing, laughter, music, praise, and applause. The junior journalists waved the flags of China and Russia, cheering together: “Long live China-Russia friendship!”
