（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 刘登臣）2023年4月21日，中外新闻社总裁韦燕携北京中天海康集团董事长刘海康一行前往亚美尼亚共和国驻华大使馆拜会亚美尼亚大使、中外新闻社大使俱乐部荣誉主席谢尔盖•马纳萨良阁下，就即将组织工商企业代表团赴亚美尼亚考察事宜同谢尔盖•马纳萨良大使进行深度交流。

The past 2022 was a year full of uncertainties in the world economy with the COVID pandemic, Ukraine crisis escalation, the U.S. Federal Reserve aggressive interest rate hikes, soaring global inflation, energy and food crisis...... Under many negative impacts, the global economy encountered rollercoaster rides, and the recovery process is full of risks and challenges. With turbulent external environment, the Chinese economy insists on stability through seeking stable recovery progress in all sectors to maintain long-term positive energy with high-quality development. This will creategood conditions for the world economy to turn around with better development, better confidence and greater momentum, and surely bring new development opportunities for countries around the world, including Armenia.
为此，中国的企业已经从疫情中走出来，随着政策放开，浙江、广东、江苏、四川、湖南等多个省市火速出现了一批“抢单团”，即政府包机带企业出国“抢订单”。北京中天海康集团董事长刘海康也瞄准亚美尼亚这个位于亚洲与欧洲交界处的外高加索地区的共和制国家。期待在亚美尼亚投资建立包括工业产业园、房地产开发、新能源汽车及快速充电设备、旅游、农业及金融领域等。谢尔盖•马纳萨良大使热情接待代表团一行，首先感谢中外新闻社向中国企业推荐亚美尼亚。大使说，2022年4月6日是中国和亚美尼亚建交30周年纪念日。在过去的30年当中，中亚两国在贸易、经济、农业、人文交流等各领域的合作都取得了丰硕的成果。“一带一路”倡议更是为中亚两国的合作注入了新的动力和机遇。现在亚中双方实行了互免签政策，并且没有任何附加条件，这正是两国高度互信和相互理解的表现，此时中天海康集团选择赴亚美尼亚投资发展正是黄金时期。

Ambassador Sergey Manasaryan warmly received the delegation and firstly thanked Home and Abroad News Press for recommending Armenia to Chinese companies. The ambassador said that April 6, 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Armenia. Over the past 30 years, the two countries have achieved fruitful cooperation in various fields, including trade, economy, agriculture and humanistic exchanges. The "Belt and Road" initiative has injected new impetus and opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in Central Asia. Now both countries have implemented a visa-free policy without any conditions, which is a strong proof of the high-level mutual trust and understanding between the two countries.
大使非常期待中国企业前往亚美尼亚投资金融业。大使说，现在各国在亚美尼亚均设有银行和其他金融机构，但是中国金融业没有进入。中国将与亚美尼亚在贸易交易中正式使用人民币结算，这意味着两国在进行国与国之间的交易时将不再使用其他国际货币。所以，中国金融业进入亚美尼亚正是好时机。
The ambassador is very much looking forward to Chinese companies investing in the financial sector in Armenia. He said that all countries have banks and financial institutions in Armenia, but the Chinese financial sector has not entered yet. China will officially use the RMB for trade settlements with Armenia, which means that the two countries will no longer use other international currencies for country-to-country transactions. Therefore, it is a good time for the Chinese financial sector to enter Armenia.
刘海康表示，作为中国民营经济国际合作商会副会长，我会把这个信息及时发布，相信此次组织工商企业代表团赴亚美尼亚考察会有成果。谢尔盖•马纳萨良大使认为此次活动能够有效推动两国政府和企业之间的广泛交流，促进商贸往来，同时亚美尼亚愿与中国民营经济国际合作商会拓展广泛的合作空间，建立友好、稳定的工作沟通机制，携手中国民营经济国际合作商会为开展更广泛的国际合作一起努力。
