巴基斯坦外交国务部长希娜•拉巴尼•哈尔女士发表视频致辞。希娜对“发现巴铁”网站的上线表示祝贺。适逢两国建交72周年，希娜强调，两国“建立了独一无二的双边关系”，巴中友谊“历经时间考验，历久弥新”。今年也是共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，“发现巴基斯坦”网站在此时推出，有助于两国人民以前所未有的方式探索彼此国家的疆域，进行文明交流与互鉴。
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of PakistanHina Rabbani Khar delivered a video message. Shecongratulated the launch of Pakistan Tourism website "Discover Pakistan". On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Hina stressed that the two countries have "established a unique bilateral relationship" and that Pakistan-China friendship is time-tested and solid-based. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road Initiative", and the launch of the Discover Pakistan website will help the people of both countries to explore the boundaries of each other's countries in an unprecedented way and to exchange and learn from each other's civilizations.
巴基斯坦驻华大使莫因•哈克阁下出席仪式并讲话。他在致辞中提到，巴中全天候战略伙伴关系是历史的写照，是两国人民的自主选择。他进一步介绍道，“发现巴铁”网站是对我们特殊关系的颂歌，网站除了为中国游客提供全面的指南外，还将有助于加强人文交流。他表示，巴基斯坦历史悠久、风景秀丽、文化多元，且人民热情好客，他相信中国游客能在巴基斯坦感到宾至如归。
PakistaniAmbassador to China H.E. MoinUl Haque attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. He mentioned that the Pakistan-China all-weather strategic partnership is a reflection of history and the self-determined choice of both peoples. He further explained that the "Discover Pakistan" websiteis an ode to our special relationship with China, and the website will help strengthen humanistic exchanges in addition to providing a comprehensive guide for Chinese tourists. He said he was confident that Chinese tourists would feel at home in Pakistan, given its rich history, scenic beauty, cultural diversity and warm hospitality.
“发现巴铁”网站囊括了巴基斯坦各主要自然、人文旅游景点的介绍，并链接了各大博物馆、购物中心的官方网站，以及酒店预订界面。网站信息简明，使用便利，让中国游客参观和探索巴基斯坦的旅游潜力。
"Discover Pakistan" website includes descriptions of Pakistan's major natural and human attractions, as well as links to the official websites of major museums and shopping centers, and hotel booking interfaces. The website is concise and easy to use, allowing Chinese tourists to visit and explore the tourism potential of Pakistan.
巴基斯坦驻华大使莫因•哈克大使在致辞中还表示，此次活动也恰逢两国建交72周年。他说，中巴两国这种独特的关系在过去70年中经受住了时间的变迁，发展成为铁一般的兄弟关系和全天候的战略伙伴关系。他赞扬双方领导人和人民培育了这种关系。他希望这个新上线的网站能鼓励中国朋友去巴基斯坦旅游，那里有热情的欢迎等待着他们。
Ambassador MoinUl Haquealso said that the event coincided with the 72nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. He said this unique relationship between China and Pakistan has withstood the vicissitudes of time over the past 70 years and developed into an iron brotherhood and an all-weather strategic partnership. He praised the leaders and people of both sides for nurturing this relationship. He hoped that this newly launched website would encourage Chinese friends to travel to Pakistan where a warm welcome awaits them.
莫因•哈克大使还与到场的阿塞拜疆、埃及、约旦、马来西亚、土耳其五国驻华大使举行圆桌会谈，共商各国文旅经验，探讨促进人文交流的路径与前景。各方强调，当前，随着各国逐步走出疫情阴霾，应加强文化交流，推出切实举措，助力全球旅游业复苏。
Ambassador MoinUl Haque also held round-table talks with the five ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Egypt, Jordan, Malaysia and Turkey to discuss the cultural and tourism experiences of each country and explore the paths and prospects for promoting humanistic exchanges. All ambassadors stressed that, as countries gradually emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, they should strengthen cultural exchanges and launch practical initiatives to help global tourism recover.
