宾主双方汇聚一堂，高喊：中非友谊万岁

南非具有“彩虹之国”的美誉，热情奔放的非洲风情令小记者们对这个国家有所关注。1月29日下午，“见证友谊”中外新闻社2016寒假小记者团如约前往南非驻上海总领事馆采访总领事陶博闻先生。
South Africa is known as the "Rainbow Nation", the passionate African culture attracted a lot of attentions from our junior journalists. "Witness Friendship" Home and Abroad News Press 2016 Winter Junior Journalist Delegation visited the South Africa Consulate in Shanghai on January 29th and had an exclusive interview with the Consul General of South Africa in Shanghai Mr. Thabo Thage.

采访开始前，总领事陶博闻先生给我们观看了一部关于南非的文化和景观的短片，从中我们再一次领略到了这个充满魅力的国家--南非。
Before the interview, Consul General Mr. Thabo Thage showed us a film about South African culture and the country’s natural landscape. From this film, we once again closely felt the charm of this country - South Africa.

在采访环节,小记者问：“你好，陶博闻总领事，你是一位资深的外交官，曾在南非国际关系与合作部门工作了工作14年。2013年9月出任南非驻上海总领事，积极扩大南非与上海在各个方面的合作。请谈谈你对上海的印象？”
During the interview, a junior journalist asked: “Hello, Mr. Thabo Thage. You are a senior diplomat as you has worked at the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) for the past 14 years. After becoming the Consul General of South Africa in Shanghai, you actively promoted many cooperation opportunities between South Africa and Shanghai. What are the special characteristics of Shanghai in your opinions? In this city, what do you like the most?”

中外新闻社总裁与南非驻上海总领事陶博闻交流小记者们的采访内容

陶博闻首先介绍自己的背景和目前的工作状况，然后谈对上海的印象，他说，上海是世界著名的国际化大城市，在这里你可以碰见世界各地的人，不管是单身还是有家庭的，都能在上海这座城市里感到幸福和快乐。
Mr. Thabo Thage firstly introduced about his background and his work in Shanghai. When expressing his impression about Shanghai, he said, Shanghai is a world famous international city, where you can meet people from all over the world. No matter they are single or with families, they can always find happiness and joy in this city.

“你好总领事，中国和南非已在经贸、商业投资、文化交流等领域加深了合作。请你谈谈南非和中国的教育？”小记者问。
“Hello Consul General, China and South Africa has been developing cooperation in many areas, such as economy, trade, business investment and cultural exchanges. Could you please share your view about the educational exchange programs between South Africa and China?” another journalist asked.

“南非非常重视青少年的教育，把培养孩子们的目标视为未来的领袖人才。中南两国的教育合作，包括学生的交流、老师的交流都很活跃，你们在坐的学生可以选择到南非留学，政府会在很多方面提供帮助。”陶博闻介绍说。
“South Africa attaches great importance to education of young people, the goal is to educate the children as the future leaders. China and South Africa cooperation in education is very active, including student exchanges, teacher exchanges and program exchanges. In the future, you may choose to study in South Africa, our government will provide assistance to you in many ways.” Mr. Thabo Thage said.

安珈硕小记者提问

小记者问：“南非一直被人们称为“野生动物的天堂”，请问南非政府和人民是如何保护野生动物的？寒假如果我们选择到南非旅游，你会给我们做“导游”吗？有什么景点能够使我们印象深刻？”
Junior Journalist asked: “South Africa is considered as the “Heaven for Wildlife”. How are the South African government and people protecting the animals there? If we are going to the South Africa for our winter break, will you be our “tour guide? What are the unique things we have to see when we get there?”

陶博闻微笑回答：“首先我表示非常愿意当你的‘导游’。南非有许多美丽的风景和野生动物园。南非政府用了很多的保护措施。政府在自然保护区周围布置大量警力，设立自然保护机构……除此之外，还有许多隐藏的保护手段，如利用高科技，在濒危动物身上设置定位仪……在海关，会对货物进行严密的检查，防止偷运珍稀动植物。在全国，政府会颁布禁令，如禁止猎杀猎豹。”
Mr. Thabo Thage answered with big smile: “Firstly, I will be very happy to be your 'tour guide'. South Africa has many beautiful landscapes and wildlife parks. The South African government are making a number of policies to ensure and enhance the protection of its natural resources. Police closely look after the nature reserves, and many nature protection agencies are established. In addition, there are many hidden means to complete the protection mission, such as using high-tech devices to locate endangered animals. In customs, the goods will be strictly checked to prevent the smuggling of rare animals and plants. In National Government level, it is banned to hunt cheetah and other wildlife animals.”

在南非上海总领事馆采访时，小记者们与总领馆的政治领事以及其他外交官共同度过了一段美好的时光，离别时，小记者们给南非驻上海总领馆的外交官们赠送新年礼物，陶博闻也给小记者们赠送礼物，宾主双方其乐融融，并愉快的合影留念。
When interviewing at the South African Consulate General in Shanghai, the junior journalists and the consulate officers spent a happy time together. Before leaving the Consulate, all junior journalists exchanged the new year gifts with the officers to express their greetings and warm wishes. Mr. Thabo Thage also presented gifts to the junior journalists. The host and the guests shared an unforgettable time together and took group photos for wonderful memory.
