国务院总理李克强7月14日下午在中南海紫光阁会见南非副总统拉马福萨。
Premier Li Keqiang met with the Deputy President of South African Cyril Ramaphosa on July 14th.

李克强表示，中南同为发展中大国，双方关系建立在相互尊重、平等相待、互学互鉴基础之上。前不久两国元首在出席金砖国家峰会期间又一次会晤。中方愿同南非巩固政治互信，深化互利合作，密切在国际和地区事务中的沟通协作，与非洲各国一道打造南南合作的典范，共同维护世界和平，促进地区发展。
Premier Li Keqiang said that China and South Africa are developing countries, the bilateral relationship is based on mutual respect, equality, mutual learning. Not long ago, the two heads of state attended the BRICS summit and had another meeting. China is willing to enhance political mutual trust, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and close communication and coordination in international and regional affairs with South Africa. With African countries, the two countries could create a model of South-South cooperation and work together to maintain world peace.

李克强指出，中南经济互补性强，合作前景广阔。南非正致力于推进工业化进程和开展基础设施建设。中国拥有技术先进、性价比高的钢铁、建材、日用消费品等生产线，愿同南非大力开展产能合作，进行技术交流和人员培训。在核电等领域积极开展三方合作，并推进港口、近海油气资源开发、水产养殖等海洋经济合作。
Li also pointed out that strong economic complementarity between China and South Africa will surely offer more potentials for the future cooperation. South Africa is committed to advancing the process of industrialization and infrastructure building. China has advanced technology, high quality-to-price steel, building materials, consumer goods and other production lines, South Africa is willing to vigorously carry out production cooperation, technical exchanges and personnel training. Active partnerships were also established in nuclear and other fields, such cooperation promoted economic exchanges on ports, offshore oil and gas resource development, economic cooperation and other marine aquaculture.

拉马福萨表示，南非从战略上高度重视南中、非中关系发展，愿学习借鉴中国在工业化、经济特区建设等方面的经验，重点推进双方产能、海洋经济、能源等合作，提升南非相关产业能力。欢迎中国扩大对南非投资。
The Deputy President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa expressed his views: South Africa attaches great importance to the strategic relationship with China. It is willing to learn China’s successful development experience on industrialization and construction of special economic zones. The cooperation will be mainly on promoting bilateral capacity, marine economy and energy cooperation to further enhance South Africa’s industrial capacity. South Africa welcomes China’s investment in all fields.

Before the meeting, Vice President Li Yuanchao held a welcoming ceremony at the Great Hall of the People for Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa. The Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee Ma Peihua attended the ceremony.
