（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 刘登臣 胡树萌 马晓忠 北京报道）大使馆是一国在建交国首都派驻的外交代表机关。大使馆代表整个国家的利益，全面负责两国关系，由国家元首任命并作为国家元首的代表履行职责。大使馆成为了一个窗口，向世界展示着各国独特的文化魅力。中国同各国的友好合作关系全面发展，本着平等互利原则，积极开展了多层次、宽领域、全方位合作，取得了丰硕成果。而青少年却是推动中国同各国的友好合作关系全面发展的一支重要力量。
The embassy is a diplomatic representative organization in the capital of another country. The embassy, representing the interests of the entire country, has overall responsibility for the relations between the two countries. The ambassador is appointed by the head of state and performs all diplomatic duties as the representative of the head of state. The embassy is also a window to show its unique culture to the world. China has developed and maintained good friendship and cooperation with all nations around the world. With the principle of equality and mutual benefits, China has actively conducted multi-level, wide-ranging and all-round cooperation and achieved fruitful results. The youth is an important group in promoting the all-round development of friendly and cooperative relations between China and other countries.
1月28日下午，“见证友谊”--中国中外新闻社2018寒假访问外国驻华使馆小记者团在北京天坛酒店举行了开团仪式。国家水利部裴洪志司长，联合国国际协调局副局长兼新闻部长、中外新闻社总裁韦燕，中外新闻社执行社长、副总编刘登臣，中外新闻社常务副总编胡树萌，中外新闻社副社长马晓忠，中外新闻社晓君等领导出席。韦燕对即将出征、肩负着外事采访任务的小记者们发表了重要讲话。并在会上就“见证友谊”中外新闻社2018寒假访问外国驻华使领馆小记者团采访的国家一一作了介绍，并对外交礼仪、采访技巧、标题制作等进行了实战培训。
In the afternoon of January 28th, “Witness Friendship” Home and Abroad News Press 2018 Winter Junior Journalist Delegation held the opening ceremony at the Temple of Heaven Hotel Beijing.The Director of the Ministry of Water Resources Mr. Pei Hongzhi,the Deputy Director of the United Nations International Coordination Bureau, the President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan, the Executive Director Mr. Liu Dengchen, the Executive Vice Editor Mr. Hu Shumeng, the Deputy Director Mr. Ma Xiaozhong and other officers attended the event. Mrs. Wei Yan delivered an important speech to the junior journalists who were about to take the responsibilities as the future media professionals. She also made brief introductions about the interviewing foreign embassies as well as provided the practical training in diplomatic etiquettes, interview skills, news report production.
韦燕对中外新闻社小记者2018寒假访问外国驻华使领馆小记者团开团仪式上、对即将出征的小记者提出两点要求：第一，小记者在采访外国使领馆时，要把中国少年儿童健康向上的一面呈现给各国大使，向他们讲好中国故事、传递中国声音；第二，我们的小记者要利用这次难得的学习机会，认真向我们中外新闻社的大记者学习，学习他们外交智慧、采访技巧，通过此次采访，尽快的提升自己。
Mrs. Wei made two suggestions to the junior journalists during the opening ceremony: Firstly, when having exclusive interviews with the foreign embassies, we should show our best positive energy to the ambassadors and foreign diplomats. We will tell the stories about China to them and deliver our friendship to them through our voice. Secondly, the junior journalists should take advantage of this precious opportunity to learn from the senior journalists of Home and Abroad News Press. We should learn their diplomatic wisdom, interview skills and etc. Through this serial interview, we can quickly improve ourselves.
中外新闻社小记者2018寒假访问外国使领馆小记者团团员来自加拿大多伦多、香港、北京、上海、深圳、中山、石家庄、昆明、成都、武汉、东莞、郑州等地，每一位小记者在出征仪式上分别作了认真的发言，他们为能够有机会与各国政府驻华高级官员“零距离”对话感到由衷的兴奋和激动，纷纷表示，要珍惜此次机会了解各国的文化和教育，感受各国外交官的智慧、热情与友好，学习外交官的外交风范，同时提高自己的英语水平。
Home and Abroad News Press 2018 Winter Junior Journalist Delegationto foreign embassies has more than 30 students from Toronto, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Shijiazhuang, Kunming, Chengdu, Wuhan, Dongguan, Shenyang and Zhengzhou. Every junior journalist made a speech at the opening ceremony. They were truly excited for the opportunity of close interaction with the foreign ambassadors to China and other embassy officials. They all expressed their learning objectives to understand the cultures of various countries and experience the foreign diplomats’ wisdom, enthusiasm, friendship and learn their diplomatic temperaments; at the same time, they want to improve their English skills.
最后国家水利部裴洪志司长，联合国国际协调局副局长兼新闻部长、中外新闻社总裁韦燕在台上挥动小记者团团旗，之后交给小记者团团长、中山第一中学樊柄均同学，小记者团副团长、北京朝阳外国语学校三年级五班李嘉豪同学，小记者团副团长、中山第一中学花瑾祎同学及小记者团秘书长周利书同学，副秘书长米家悦、李欣奇，然后小记者列队出征,将采访俄罗斯、卢旺达、奥地利、伊朗、越南、刚果（布）、塔吉克斯坦、白俄罗斯、斯洛伐克等9国驻华使馆。
