4月22日，应邀前来参加伊朗妇女节的伊朗科研技术部人文研究院扎尔法郎齐博士就伊朗的教育特点和伊中两国教育领域合作等专题在伊朗驻华大使馆接受了本刊记者采访。
On April 22, Dr. Mrs. Zafaranchi from Iranian Scientific Research and Humanity Institute of Techology Department was invited to attend the Iranian Women's Day and interviewed by our reporter on the themes of Iran's educational characteristics and how to cooperate in educational area between Iran and China.
“你好扎尔法郎齐博士，请你谈谈伊朗的教育。”记者问。扎尔法郎齐博士谈到，在伊斯兰革命胜利之后，伊朗的教育水平已大大提高，尤其是高等学历人员明显增多，很突出的一个特点是妇女接受教育的人数明显增多。据统计，2006年到2011年，伊朗接受高等教育的人数（本科以上）达到了330万。目前，由于国家政策的调整，获得博士的人越来越多，在伊朗的各所大学里，都有女高级知识分子。伊朗以伊斯兰教为国教，伊斯兰教重视求知。我们的先知曾说过：知识，虽远在中国亦当求知。鼓励求知，不限于时间与地理位置，任何好的经验都是可以借鉴的。所以从宗教意义上以及文化交流上，我们都非常愿意借鉴中国的经验。
"Nice to meet you, Dr. Mrs. Zafaranchi!Please tell me something about Iran's education." The reporter asked. Dr. Mrs. Zafaranchi said, after the victory of Islamic Revolution, Iran's education level has been greatly improved, especially the people received the higher education significantly increased. A very prominent feature is the number of women received education has increased significantly. According to statistics, from 2006 to 2011, the number of Iran received higher education (above bachelor degree) has reached 3.3 million. At present, due to the adjustment of national policy, the people received phD degree become more and more; there are female senior intellectuals in all of Iran’s universities. Iran is a Muslim country, Islam attached great importance to the knowledge. Our phrophet said, knowledge is not limited to time and geographical location. Any good experience can be learned. We can draw lessons from any good experience. Therefore on religious and cultural exchange, we are very willing to draw lessons from China's experience.
记者问：“您觉得中国和伊朗在教育方面应该怎样合作？”“我觉得，从大学方面开始着手，校际之间的交流比较好。教育：互派学生。因为亲自来到对方的国家来体验这里的文化，思想等等绝对是最真切的。研究：研究人员之间的交流。通过研究成果来了解对方。语言：语言是桥梁。两国学生可以互学对方的语言，中国学生可以学习波斯语，伊朗学生可以学习汉语。我也希望，在不久的将来，两国在学术文化教育领域有更多的合作。”
Reporter asked: "How to cooperate in the aspect of education between China and Iran?""In my opinion, to start from the aspects of university, inter-school exchanges will be the better way. Education: the exchange of students. Because to experience the culture in person to the other side of the country is absolutely the most sincere way. Study: the exchange of researchers. Through the researches to get to know each other. Language: language is a bridge. The students can learn each other's language, Chinese students can learn Persian, Iranian students can learn Chinese. I also hope thatthe two countries is more cooperation in the field of academic culture and education in the near future."
