“您好，尊敬的弗拉基米尔-博莱亚阁下，欢迎您到访中国。众所周知，摩尔多瓦背靠欧盟，面向独联体，处于欧洲两大政治、经济体结合部，有着得天独厚的地理优势。农业基础好，土地肥沃。摩尔多瓦曾是前苏联的粮仓和葡萄酒园。中国有14亿人口的大市场，这是消费升级带来的奔涌活力。请问：您觉得中国同摩尔多瓦在农业和食品领域有哪些合作空间？”韦燕问。
“Hello, Your Excellency Vladimir Bolea, we warmly welcome to China. As we know, Moldova closely connects to the European Union and the CIS, the two major European political and economic economies, with unique geographical advantages. The agricultural base is well developed, and its land is fertile. Moldova was once the granary and wine garden of the former Soviet Union. China has a large market of 1.4 billion people, which is a surge of vitality brought by the upgrading of consumption. May I ask: in your opinions, what is the scope of cooperation between China and Moldova in the field of agriculture and food?” Mrs. Wei Yan asked.

Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Bolea spoke about the huge potential of bilateral cooperation between China and Moldova, especially due to Moldova's geographically important strategic location, where the country can become an "important transit point" for Chinese goods destined for the EU market.
摩尔多瓦非常重视同中国的合作，博莱亚副总理高度称赞中国的“一带一路”倡议。他说，这次访华是他第二次访华。“中国是一个令人惊叹的国家，它融合了现代与古老之美”，他感叹道，他对中国的经济发展印象深刻，并认为中国在可持续合作方面具有极大的吸引力。
Moldova attaches great importance to cooperation with China, and Deputy Prime Minister Bolea highly praised China's "Belt and Road Initiative". He said that this is his second visit to China. "China is an amazing country that combines modern and ancient essences." He was impressed by China's economic development and found it extremely attractive for sustainable cooperation.

Deputy Prime Minister Bolea stressed that Moldova has a long history of bilateral relations with China, which are based on mutual respect, openness and consensus. The development of relations with China has always been a priority for Moldova. In his opinion, the cooperation between the two countries has great potential, especially in light of China's rapid economic growth, which is a very important market for Moldova. As an example, he said the two countries have tremendous opportunities for cooperation in the fields of agricultural products, wine, agricultural infrastructure, renewable energy and information technology.

博莱亚副总理介绍，目前摩中双边法律框架包括65项已签署的协议，这些协议为两国在经贸、投资、旅游、文化等领域的合作铺设了有利的网络。摩尔多瓦同时是独联体成员国，享有独联体与欧盟框架内与其成员国之间的各项贸易和投资优惠和便利。中国企业家选择到摩尔多瓦投资，首先劳动力成本低、国民受教育程度高、农业基础好，摩尔多瓦政府对外国投资的优惠政策有很多，包括税收、欧盟发展援助计划等。
Deputy Prime Minister Bolea introduced that the current bilateral legal framework between Moldova and China includes 65 signed agreements, which have paved a favorable network for cooperation between the two countries in the fields of trade, investment, tourism, culture, etc. Moldova is also a member of the CIS and enjoys various trade and investment preferences and facilities between the CIS and the EU framework and its member states. Chinese entrepreneurs choose to invest in Moldova becausethe labor cost is low for highly educated workforce, and the agricultural base is good.The Moldovan government has many preferential policies for foreign investment, including taxation, EU development assistance programs, etc.
近年来，摩尔多瓦共和国政府特别重视数字转型、工业平台、自由经济区发展和优化税收等重要领域的发展。当前，摩尔多瓦正在利用自身蓬勃发展的IT行业与技术能力，对酿酒业、农业、旅游业、绿色制造业和新闻传媒业进行数字化转型。
In recent years, the Government of the Republic of Moldova has paid special attention to the development of important areas such as digital transformation, industrial platforms, free economic zone development and tax optimization. Currently, Moldova is using its booming IT sector and technological capabilities to digitally transform the winemaking, agriculture, tourism, green manufacturing as well as press and media industries.
